Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Winter Maintenance Crew Members for the upcoming winter season. This is a seasonal, on-call role activated during snow events. Crew members assist with snow and ice removal to help maintain safe and accessible properties.

Work hours are weather-dependent and scheduled based on snowfall and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, entryways, and assigned areas

Operate or assist with snow blowers and other equipment as directed

Apply de-icing materials as needed

Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE

Communicate with supervisors regarding route progress and site conditions

Complete basic daily documentation or updates as required

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Availability for on-call snow events (including early mornings, nights, weekends)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work

Prior snow removal experience preferred but not required

Team-oriented and safety-focused mindset

Compensation & Schedule

$16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and equipment operation

Weekly pay

Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law when applicable

Seasonal, on-call scheduling based on winter weather conditions

Work Environment

Outdoor work in cold, snowy, and windy conditions

Early morning, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts during snow events
