We are seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our team!

The Regional Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing snow & ice control operations to include the management of subcontractors, customer relationships, as well as business development activities for the area(s) to meet profitability goals while closely adhering to the company’s mission and stated values. THIS POSITION CURRENTLY WORKS REMOTE. JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to take direction and assist the company's Director of Sales, Operations Manager as needed
• Lead your region(s) and partner with other coordinators to work in a ‘team approach’ during all facets of your role
• To understand and be committed to providing service that meet and exceed the company standards
• Manage and orchestrate all subcontractor management in your region(s)
• To ensure that all safety policies are enforced with regards to all company operations
• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of snow plowing & removal operations
• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
