Job Description
A Health Care Provider is seeking full-time customer service reps to aid their call center on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for supporting health care members and providers by answering phone calls, making calls, documenting all calls, completing all forms, and meeting monthly goals. MUST HAVES: *2+ years of customer service experience, in a call center preferred. PREFERRED: *Call center experience. *Bilingual (English/Spanish) *Have health care services knowledge and medical terminology.
