Job Description
A Health Care Provider is seeking full-time member services rep to aid their call center on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for supporting health care members by answering phone calls, making calls, documenting all calls, completing all forms, and meeting monthly goals. MUST HAVES: *2+ years of customer service experience, in a call center preferred. PREFERRED: *Call center experience. *Bilingual (English/Spanish) *Have health care services knowledge and medical terminology.
