    Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Management Director to join our team. This position is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring all activities related to new and existing programs with emphasis on customer relations, program (SOW) review, production planning, programming, tooling, materials management, facilities, productivity, quality and shipping to attain established production, shipment, quality and profitability objectives. This position manages direct reports and assumes responsibilities of the department. .

    Abilities - Are you a good fit:

    15 years in Aerospace manufacturing atmosphere

    15 years managing customer programs

    Experience leading a program management team

    Proven history of successful contract negotiation / issue resolution

    Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to work successfully with internal and external customers in resolving issues while maintaining good working relationships. Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

    Significant technical knowledge of aerospace machining, assembly and supply chain processes, including the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

    Ability to read, interpret and initiate modification to contracts

    Working knowledge of financial accounting and metrics, i.e. understanding factors that impact profit & loss, together with the line items that drive these metrics

    Ability to maintain excellent customer relationships

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Adaptable/flexible in coping with new or varied situations

    Works well under pressure

    Proficient skills and knowledge in MRP and Excel

    Ability to sit for long periods of time

    Job Duties and Responsibilities - What will you do daily:

    Responsible and accountable for customer program quality, on-time delivery and profit/margin

    Leads New Product Introduction (NPI) for assigned customers to achieve cost targets and schedule attainment

    Obtains information from customers on the technical component of estimates for new business for existing customers, and works with the Estimating team to assure the estimate is submitted on time to the customer

    Lead internal program review of existing contracts and proposed contracts for new business

    Communication focal with the customer before initial contract award through shipment of first article product and into continuing production activity

    Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to assure engineering and programming are developed to meet customer specifications

    Review and coordinate with customer and internal team on customer engineering changes and implementation

    Reviews the status of material delivery and outside vendor commitments to support program

    Reviews initial production schedule with production control and monitors to meet customer expectations of on-time delivery

    Decision making on issue resolution

    Able to analyze large sets of data and communicates with management on issues with business and/or customer impact

    Monitors inventory level of product to assure it does not exceed internal target levels and leads the disposition of any excess inventory

    Leads the resolution of commercial issues on current customer contracts, working with Sales as needed.

    Responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking and reporting to management

    Coordinates review and response to customer requirements, including Rate Readiness and various reporting

    Manages termination and other customer claims, to include impact to parts in production process

    Visits customer sites, as needed, to maintain customer relationship

    Provides direction for the program management team

    Leads, grows, and mentors Program Management team
