What You'll Do
As a Wire Harness Assembler , you'll be responsible for assembling high-quality wire harnesses with precision and consistency. Your tasks will include:
- Cutting, stripping, and crimping wires with accuracy.
- Following detailed instructions to assemble harnesses to exact specifications.
- Using hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering irons.
- Operating stationary equipment used in wire processing.
- Managing 3D printer jobs for production components.
- Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Working in a focused, hands-on environment where craftsmanship matters.
- Contributing to documentation and process improvements (for senior candidates)

Requirements
- Comfort working with hand tools, stationary equipment, and 3D printer job management.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and reach overhead , in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small components.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality.
- No formal experience required —just a willingness to learn and improve.
- Experience with wire harnessing, IPC-620, soldering, or assembly documentation is a plus, but not required.
