Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (Fabricated Products) provides exceptional service support to sales, customers, distribution centers, and other company locations local and overseas concerning orders, stock availability, delivery and quotations for Fabricated Products inquiries. This support must be conducted in a professional manner including accuracy and timeliness of the information along with providing a positive experience for the customer.
1. Responds to price and product availability inquiries from service centers and customers in a timely and accurate fashion consistent with company policies.
2. Possesses adequate knowledge of product, product process, pricing schedules and special quoting procedures to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
3. Completes quotations in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain quotation files.
4. Processes orders, debits, credits and returns to meet the requirements from customers.
5. Effectively handles intra-company transactions as needed.
6. Assists customers, service center personnel, import division and district sales managers with product and service related problems.
Qualifications
1. Requires high degree of initiative
2. Fast paced environment requires attention to detail, ability to perform multiple tasks, and superior communication skills.
3. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
4. A high school diploma or GED along with relevant experience is also required.

PC, Printer, Copier/Scanner, Fax Machine, Calculator, Phone
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Office and Warehouse environment.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
Must be willing and able to pass a post-offer drug screen and physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Work is mainly performed in a factory setting. Frequent exposure to manufacturing environmental conditions such as dust, grease, heat, cold, loud noise, fumes and odors. Occasional exposure to high voltage and high temperature areas.
