Key Activities and Accountabilities
Maintain codes and programs for computer-controlled macKey Activities and Accountabilities
Install & Commission Equipment: Safely deploy WWS tools globally, ensuring accurate pressure and temperature data delivery to clients
Manage Equipment Lifecycle: Oversee preparation, testing, packing, inventory, load-out, commissioning, and backload of all field equipment
Support Project Planning: Assist with installation plans, risk assessments, FATs, SITs, and client interface testing during pre-mobilisation
Ensure Compliance: Follow all Rosehill Resource, client, and country-specific operational and safety protocols, including Management of Change (MOC)
Troubleshoot & Analyse: Resolve technical issues during SITs and field operations; interpret WWS data and escalate concerns as needed
Document & Report: Maintain accurate records, complete end-of-well reports, and support investigations using Rosehill Resource E-TRAK system
Inventory & Asset Control: Minimise wastage, maintain inventory accuracy, and report any lost or damaged equipment
Client & Team Communication: Provide regular updates to Project Managers and maintain professional relationships with client representatives
Lead Engineering Trials: Manage field deployment of engineering trials and provide feedback to the Engineering and Operations teams
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
Previous oilfield experience in a Cased Hole or Downhole discipline is preferable
A background in mechanical / electronic engineering principles relevant to the operation and installation of WWS equipment
Experience in the management of small teams is preferable but not essential
Experienced and comfortable with working in different countries and multi-cultural environments is desirable

Analyse test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery.
Clean, lubricate and adjust parts, equipment and machinery.
Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs and reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing or repairs.
Repair, restore and maintain the operating condition of machinery and equipment, replacing broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices.
Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications
2+ years experience of machines and tools, including uses, design, repair and maintenance
2+ years experience of the practical application of engineering/computer science and technology; applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
