What You'll Do

As a Wireless Sales Assistant, you're the backbone of the in-store experience. You'll work alongside our experienced Sales Representatives to make sure every customer feels welcomed, helped, and taken care of. Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting customers and creating a warm, professional first impression

Answering inbound calls and directing customers to the right solutions

Walking customers through device demos and product walkthroughs

Installing accessories and helping customers get set up

Troubleshooting basic device and service issues

Handling customer service needs with patience and professionalism

Keeping the store organized, clean, and visually sharp

Supporting the team with basic CRM data entry and record-keeping

What We're Looking For

18 or older

A genuine love for technology and helping people

Strong communicator — in person and on the phone

Ability to multitask without dropping the ball

Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays

A team player who also has a competitive streak

High school diploma or equivalent

1 year of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus — but the right attitude can outweigh a résumé
