As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of AT&T—helping customers stay connected by matching them with the best wireless plans, phones, and technology.
What You’ll Do
Represent AT&T inside large retail partner locations
Engage with customers to identify their wireless needs
Explain product features, promotions, and service options
Deliver exceptional customer service and close sales
Maintain product knowledge and meet or exceed sales goals
