As a Verizon Sales Specialist, you're the first point of contact for customers walking through our doors, and often the reason they leave as loyal Verizon advocates. You'll consult with people and businesses to match them with the right wireless solutions, from the latest devices to home connectivity services. You'll diagnose needs, solve problems on the spot, and create opportunities where others see transactions.

What You'll Do
Sell wireless devices, plans, accessories, and home internet (including Fios) and consistently beat monthly goals
Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout, answering questions, demonstrating features, and resolving concerns with confidence
Prospect through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing customers to drive repeat business
Stay sharp on new products, promotions, and the competition so you can speak with authority
Handle store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising
Work with your team to hit targets and keep the store energy high
What You Bring
1+ year in sales, retail, or customer-facing work (commission or tip experience a plus)
A knack for building rapport fast and reading what customers need

Comfort with technology and a hunger to learn new products quickly
Flexibility for rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
