About the Role

As a Wireless Service Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for device setup, technical support, and customer care in our Verizon retail location. After a sale is made, you’ll take the baton, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service that keeps customers coming back.

This is primarily a non-sales, high-impact role designed to create a seamless and premium experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

Set up new phones and devices, including data transfers and accessory installation

Provide in-store technical support for smartphones, tablets, and wireless accessories

Process bill payments, account updates, and basic account troubleshooting

Answer customer calls and provide professional support and solutions

Ensure smooth, high-quality handoffs from sales to service

Deliver an exceptional in-store service experience

Stay current on Verizon systems, plan options, and tech features

Occasionally recommend accessories and services that align with customers needs

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area

What We're Looking For

A service-minded individual who genuinely enjoys helping people

Strong comfort level with smartphones and basic tech troubleshooting

Excellent communicator and team player

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience in retail, wireless, or tech support is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$750 Signing Bonus

Base hourly pay + Bonus spiffs
