As a Support Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on support to locations across 70+ BeMobile stores in 10 states, including alternate and NEW distribution locations as well as Emergency Response situations. BeMobile offers comprehensive training and a mentorship program to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a fun, engaging, and successful career.
Earn $55,000 per year, with performance-based incentives that let your hard work and achievements directly boost your earnings!
Travel Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and meet all requirements outlined in BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy.
Required skills and qualifications
1-2 years of Wireless experience
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Must be proficient in sales, prospecting, project management, leadership, and training
Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each task.
Must be able to execute the Sales Process and Coaching Process fully to ensure it is being used within the store consistently.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight.
Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
Special Project Execution: Travel to various store locations to support high-impact projects—setting up new locations, assisting with major sales events, or troubleshooting operational challenges. You’ll adapt to diverse tasks and environments while ensuring every project meets company standards.
Model Sales Process & Optimize Results: Execute the Sales Process with precision, supporting campaigns and initiatives exactly as designed. Deliver exceptional results in sales, customer interactions, and event effectiveness, leaving each location in a stronger position than when you arrived.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Tackle challenges on-site with drive, accountability, and creativity. Identify opportunities to improve processes, share best practices, and help teams implement solutions quickly.
Stay Current & Proficient: Keep up-to-date on all systems, promotions, and operational protocols, including Core Process updates, OMNI, SMB, and other tools. Apply your skills to capitalize on New or Alternate Distribution opportunities and support Emergency Response situations.
Support & Collaboration: Work closely with store teams, leaders, and Sales Partners to provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-spot assistance, ensuring every location is set up for success.
