    About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Wireless Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end validation and performance testing for advanced wireless systems in automotive and cloud-based environments. This role blends deep technical execution with strategic insight, ensuring robust performance across multiple wireless standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and implement test plans for 4G-LTE, 5G-NR, Wi-Fi, GNSS, and Ethernet systems

    Analyze wireless and IP traffic across lab and third-party environments

    Validate KPIs such as throughput, latency, jitter, and protocol compliance

    Configure network test gear (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz)

    Develop automation scripts using Python and TTCN

    Set up and maintain RF and fixed network lab environments

    Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot system anomalies

    Author test documentation: Test Plans, Test Readiness Reviews, and performance summaries

    Review external test results and provide expert technical feedback

    Required Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field

    8+ years in wireless/embedded system validation

    Strong command of 3GPP standards (4G-LTE, 5G-NR), Wi-Fi, GNSS, and Ethernet (IEEE 802.1AS, 802.11)

    Experience with PTCRB, GCF, and U.S. MNO field certification

    Proficiency with QXDM, Wireshark, and scripting (Python, JavaScript)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with 7+ years’ experience

    Expertise in NR interface (SA/NSA), PHY/MAC, RRC layers

    Knowledge of automotive HIL systems and coexistence testing

    Hands-on with Polarion, Jira, Confluence, and Linux-based test setups

    Track record of driving validation strategy across cross-functional teams
