What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and develop your store team every single day

Drive sales of Verizon's full lineup of devices, plans, and services

Own the details — inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations

Build a store culture your team actually wants to show up to

Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape

Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience

1–3 years of management or team leadership

High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit

Someone who leads from the floor — not just the back office
