Job Description

This attorney position is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing and vibrant litigation law firm that provides a collegial work environment that allows the right candidate to contribute immediately to the team.

0-2 years of attorney civil litigation experience required. Responsibilities include: written discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and court appearances. Actual trial experience is a plus. Successful candidate must be self-motivated and self-directed, able to work independently and produce winning results, exercise good judgment, have common sense, top research, writing & oral communication skills, and a desire to work hard and efficiently under tight deadlines. Candidate must have proven reliability and experience handling cases independently. Top academic credentials from a highly ranked school are preferred.

The position will practice consumer/lemon law throughout California. Position requires regular travel within California. The firm is based in the UTC area (La Jolla) of San Diego, California.
