Inside Sales Representative Job Description As a member of the inside sales team, partner with outside sales and management to drive the Company's goals . Serve as the customers advocate by responding to inbound inquiries-over the phone and face to face, exceeding expectations and providing exceptional customer service to increase customer attraction and retention collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure Operational excellence. Job Duties Respond to customer and outside sales requests in "real time" for price quotation, order placement, adjustments and cancellations. Respond to customer needs, face to face, as they come into our showroom to shop, browse and pick up pre-placed orders. Prepare quotes, order entry and resolve queries. Serve as liaison with outside sales and manufacturing leads. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure proper support and provide a positive customer experience. Coordinate with delivery times with shipping receiving and manufacturing leads to expedite orders and meet delivery dates. Work with suppliers and management to obtain information on pricing and specifications to complete and execute on project deliveries. Other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills At least three years of prior professional-level account management and Industrial sales with proven experience meeting and exceeding sales goals is highly preferred. A proven track record of building and maintaining excellent customer service and relationships. Strong analytical ,conceptual and planning skills are required. Requires strong solid written skills and overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) required. Quick Books knowledge a plus. Able to multi-task and change direction as required. Positive Attitude, team player. Job Requirements Qualifications Education A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
