    Wisenbaker Builder Services is one of the largest flooring, cabinet, countertop, and window covering manufacturing and installation companies in the nation. We currently service the following Texas housing markets: Houston, Dallas-Ft Worth, Austin, San Antonio. We have offices in Asia to support our global sourcing activities in addition to stone production operations in Brazil. Our focus is on the residential home building industry to which we bring a full complement of products and programs. In addition, we provide support to the building industry through our company-owned and operated Design Studios.

     

    CUSTOMER DATA SPECIALIST JOB PURPOSE

    To act as the internal customer service point of contact for one or more accounts in a deadline driven environment. Administer the flow of data from customers into the VEO Design Studio catalog.

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage customers' catalogs, including product descriptions, model numbers and consumer pricing.
    • Manage adds, drops and periodic updates.
    • Collect and manage images to support product catalog.
    • Perform ongoing QA to ensure accuracy of catalog content.
    • Maintains front line communication and Customer relationship.
    • Other general activities as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications with a heavy focus on data administration

    • 3+ Years Data Administration experience required

    • Enjoys large amounts of detailed, computer-based work

    • 1-2 years Customer Service experience required

    • Knowledge of the residential homebuilding industry a plus

    • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to operate well under the pressure of a deadline

    • Must work efficiently and effectively both independently and as a team

    • Education- High School Diploma or equivalent required

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • 40-hour work week required

    • Cubicle Environment

    • Travel as needed

    SCHEDULE:

    • Monday through Friday, 8 hour shift.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Must be extremely proficient in Excel
    • Sequel skills desired, but not required.

    • High school or equivalent (Required)
