MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Wisepath Financial Group is recruiting a passionate, self-motivated Business Development Manager to develop and execute a strategy to work with Wisepath account executives, partners, and clients to grow Wisepath's footprint in Financial Planning services rapidly. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Financial Industry as well as the markets served by Securities, Advisors, and Insurance.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This job Is ideal for someone who is dependable, achievement-oriented and enjoys taking on challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead execution of a go-to-market strategy for Financial planning services
- Drive C-suite level client discussions to identify and help advance sales opportunities
- Enable teams for "first call" conversations with business leaders
- Keep executive leadership informed on progress against objectives.
- Assist in developing strategies, senior management business reviews, and other written documents.
- Understand and communicate key business drivers impacting growth strategy
- Develop and automate key KPI to measure performance
- Provide leadership on various cross functional initiatives
- Use project management processes to deliver projects and facilitate team meetings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role within Financial Planning services
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- In-depth understanding of the market landscape for Financial planning and wealth preservation
- Understanding of the legislative, regulatory, and other factors influencing business, technology, and procurement decisions for Securities and Investments
- Ability to lead C-suite level conversations with agency leadership
- Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication, executive presence
- Excellent time-management and planning skills with the ability to shift priorities in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong quantitative analysis, modeling, and logical reasoning skills
