Job Description

• Degree in Information Technology or 1 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of experience managing network infrastructure; manufacturing environment is a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of hardware and software, trouble ticketing systems, collaboration tools, etc.
• Knowledgeable in new technologies, server operation, server operating systems and management applications
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Current CCNA or CCNP Route Switch strongly preferred
• SDWAN / MPLS experience preferred
• Cisco 5500 and 9800 WLC experience preferred
• Cisco DNAC, Prime Infrastructure, and/or ISE preferred
• Basic understanding of PLC controls / programming manufacturing industry
• Experience with Cloud hosting providers such as Azure or AWS 
• Advanced ability to plan complex activities
• Advanced ability to document process and workflows
