Executive Assistant/RecruiterJob Locations US-NJ-LivingstonCategory Human Resources Overview Wiss & Company LLP seeks an Executive Assistant/Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will have the opportunity to transition into an Internal Recruiter position over time. This candidate should possess excellent time management and organization skills, as well as, the ability to collaborate with all levels of Leadership. Over time, the candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of the full cycle recruiting experience, which includes attracting and interviewing high caliber candidates both in the public accounting arena as well as within the private accounting sector. This position will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition. Core ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to schedule all internal and external candidate interviews.Develop and send logistics to candidates in advance of scheduled interviews. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards, portals and college websites.Assist with enhancing candidate resumes.Source and recruit active and passive candidates through Social Networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn) and Wiss Partner referrals for open internal positions.Review candidate resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate in-person meetings to evaluate technical acumen and assess whether candidate will excel in the Wiss culture.Build and establish a continuous candidate pipeline of high caliber Accounting professionals.Develop and update job descriptions and specificationsQualifications/Education RequirementsMinimum of 1 year in an Executive Assistant positionPrevious experience in a Professional Services environment a huge plus (CPA firm, Law firm, etc.)Bachelors degree required (BS or BA)Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and willing to embrace new learning opportunitiesPossess excellent organizational skillsDemonstrate solid business writing skills (ability to communicate effectively through email)Polished communication and ability to conduct interviews across all levels (entry level to Senior Leadership) - WILL TRAIN!Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (creating and managing projects and sending personalized in-mails) a PLUS - WILL TRAIN!Prior experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing and conducting reference checks) a PLUS - WILL TRAIN!Strong decision-making skillsCollaborative and team playerAbility to shift priorities and work in a dynamic environment Wiss & Company LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
