The Bar Harbor Inn and Spa is seeking a full-time, year-round Property Liaison. As the Property Liaison, you will be responsible for providing, facilitating, and improving communications between all departments and staff of the property. You will build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with all managers and employees across all levels of the hotel, and with the administrative and executive team of Witham Family Hotels. You will also act as a main point of contact for welcoming and onboarding new and returning employees, and sourcing and supplying resources to managers as needed, for brand perception purposes.

Working Conditions

Physical Demands

Position Type and Schedule
The Property Liaison position is a full-time, year-round position. The schedule will average 35 hours per week. Your hours and shifts can vary, and can include early mornings, late nights, evenings, weekends, and holiday hours. The work may be performed on any day of the week from Sunday through Saturday. Overtime may be available and will be paid in accordance with federal and state laws.
Required Education and Experience
- Some college/Associate Degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior experience working in the hospitality industry or office type environment is essential and required.
