WITHAM FAMILY HOTELS IS LOOKING FOR PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN BAR HARBOR. 

Witham Family Hotels is looking for hardworking individuals to join the team as Maintenance Technicians.

Full-time and part-time. Experienced or will train. The hours are flexible.  The ideal candidate is someone that is eager to learn, reliable, and willing to work.  Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to guest maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner.  Repair items as needed in hotel guest rooms: furniture, light fixtures, refrigerators, bathroom fixtures, tile, painting, wall vinyl, electric locks, television, windows and sliding doors.

Completes routine equipment checks and performs preventative maintenance on machinery: boilers, chiller, laundry equipment, pool pumps, vacuums, exercise equipment, and ice machines as scheduled.

Skills:

Should have previous maintenance experience and knowledge of proper use of hand and power tools. Excellent customer services skills.

Pay:

Starting at $15/hour.
