    Job Description

    As an Investor Relations Analyst you will:

    • Support the quarterly earnings results process, including creating earnings materials, preparing the management team for questions and managing call logistics

    • Monitor sell-side analyst research reports and models on the company and its competitors

    • Analyze, summarize and communicate internally sell-side investment theses and consensus earnings estimates; regularly compare consensus to internal forecasts

    • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of the Wix business model and KPIs by working closely with our Business Analysis and Finance teams

    • Work with our Business Analysis team to build and maintain ongoing competitor benchmarking materials

    • Maintain relationships with product teams and other internal stakeholders to stay up to speed on latest product releases and business updates

    • Provide periodic updates on 13-F filings/ownership data as well as perform regular investor targeting analyses and identify shareholder trends

    • Analyze stock market activity to support investor relations initiatives

    • Manage IR marketing calendar, including conference participation and NDRs

    • Assist with planning logistics and content for Investor Days and similar events

    • Manage our IR website, investor callback tool and IR calendars as well as our CRM

    • This job requires some international and domestic travel

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • You have 3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or corporate finance, and have gained excellent proficiency in Excel and financial research tools, such as Factset.

    • You are a self starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a rigorous attention to detail.

    • You thrive in very fast-paced, high-stakes environments, and are highly adaptable to changing priorities.

    • You’re comfortable working with a variety of different stakeholders: C-suite executives, investors, equity research analysts, as well as your own peers.

    • You are interested in technology and display curiosity about our products and competitive landscape.

    • You are data-driven and analytical.

    • You have a strong knowledge of financial statements and know your way around a financial model.

    Additional Information

    We are Wix’s Investor Relations team. We lead communications between the financial community and the Wix management team.

    We’re looking for an Investor Relations Analyst who will play a key role in all aspects of Investor Relations at a fast-paced and innovation-first technology company.

    At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected in the office 3 times per week.

    Approximate base compensation is $110,000-135,000 per year. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including the location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
