Job Description

As a Product Advisor you will be a guide and motivator for our users. We are looking for confident Wix users who love working with others. In your role, you will:

• Be a Wix subject matter expert for our external partners and users, as well as our internal success managers.
• Inspire Wix users, agencies and experts to use and promote Velo for their design and application needs.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and webinars that clearly communicate our product value.
• Provide insights to customers concerning the applicability of our products and services, and develop creative alternatives to overcome technical challenges.
• Increase product adoption across Wix’s managed accounts by supporting customer success efforts.
• Influence our product roadmaps by sharing insightful customer feedback and product challenges with the relevant product managers.

Qualifications

• A front-end developer with 2+ years of professional experience
• Experience with responsive web design, HTML, CSS, javascript, and the corresponding best practices
• Bonus points if you have experience with Velo, node.js and backend development
• More bonus points if you speak and write business proficient Hebrew and/or French

The approximate base compensation is $90,000 - $110,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including the location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
