Responsibilities: • Master the ins and outs of the WizeHire product and service to properly educate customers and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities and their technical backgrounds • Handle and resolve customer requests, complaints, and issues with care and attention to detail through deep diving into problems with the goal of offering realistic, data-driven solutions • Provide world-class support to customers via chat, zoom, phone calls, and handcrafted messages • Advocate for customers by providing consistent and sound advice • Review job ads to ensure customers attract the right talent • Work closely and respectfully with Sales, Engineering, and other WizeHire teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and uphold company culture • Documentation of customer interactions and applicable follow-up internally and externally Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing account management role • Access to adequate remote work such as a quiet setting and stable internet service • Ability to work a full-time, 8-hour shift Monday through Friday • Tech-savvy; able to quickly achieve high proficiency in a variety of technologies including CRM, and apps such as Slack and Intercom • Inquisitive with excellent problem-solving skills; solutions-oriented • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills • Possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with professional presentation skills • Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player • Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts • Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment • Excellent multitasking and project management skills • Well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize Learn more about our values system at https://wizehire.com/careers.
