    WizeHire’s partnerships program is accelerating the adoption of our hiring software through small business coaches and consultants. As a Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our channel program by finding, maintaining and expanding partner relationships. This is a new role that will allow you to exercise sales and relationship management skills while developing processes as you go. There is lots of potential for growth as you join our small, fast-growing, and remote-first team!  Responsibilities: YOU CAN EXPECT TO SPEND YOUR TIME: • Building and managing a pipeline of leads that convert into successful new partnerships • Nurturing relationships with existing partners • Developing sales and account management processes that make your job more efficient over time • Listening to partners and documenting their needs • Identifying areas to enhance partner onboarding and adoption • Collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success to build and improve your enablement resources • Experimenting with new approaches and sharing your learnings Qualifications: ABOUT YOU: YOU HAVE CREATIVITY, DRIVE, AND A FOUNDATION OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - • You have some years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or similar role.  • You’re an excellent communicator and enjoy building relationships • You’re resourceful and eager to grow in a multifaceted role • You’re solid at time management and can prioritize multiple relationships and activities • You’re comfortable with the unknown and enthusiastic about developing processes and best practices  • You’re motivated by achieving goals and hitting targets • You’re a team player that believes success is gained through collaboration EXTRA POINTS IF YOU… • Can demonstrate success in outbound sales, ideally at a SaaS company • Are familiar with small business consultants and coaching organizations • Have worked in a partnerships role before Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 OTE
