WizeHire is looking for a talented, motivated and hungry Account Executive to join the team! Searching for a talented Account Executive (AE) to join the team and hit the ground running. The Account Executive will work to build and manage a strong pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market prospects driving new revenue growth through outbound and inbound efforts. This position will be responsible for full-cycle sales including; outbound lead generation, inbound lead qualification, product demos, presentations, negotiation and closing. Responsibilities: • Build, manage and grow a sales pipeline. This includes outbound lead generation (50%), Inbound lead qualification (25%), and SDR-driven opportunities (25%) • Book qualified discovery calls and run consultative software sales demos and presentations • Be persistent and conduct professional sales follow-up activities through multiple channels • Negotiate and close custom software solutions with long-term agreements • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success and Hiring Coach teams to execute follow-through upsell and expansion strategies • Work cross-functionally with the Partner team to identify opportunities from the partner channel • Define and develop key metrics and monitor daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance metrics • Forecast and analyze sales campaign and performance metrics • Perform cold calls, account management calls, design and executive creative sales development campaigns, run discovery meetings and sales presentations and respond to customer requests and inquiries • Meet target quota on a monthly and quarterly basis • Play an active role in creating sales best practices and standardized processes for sales • Attend live conferences, trade shows, and other events when needed to generate new business opportunities This is a sales-driven hunter role.
