WizeHire is seeking a Sales Development Manager to help us expand our outbound prospecting and increase our footprint beyond our current customer base. The Sales Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth by leading and managing an existing team of both inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate and qualify leads, ultimately contributing to the expansion of our client base. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of inbound and outbound SDRs, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to maximize their performance and effectiveness. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales development efforts with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns. • Optimize lead generation processes and workflows to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline. • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. • Continuously evaluate and refine sales development tactics, tools, and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: • Experience working in the HR tech industry or with SaaS products. • You have a positive attitude, are highly motivated, and are excited about making an impact within your organization - can provide 1 reference demonstrating the trait. • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a sales development leadership role. Can provide stack rankings showing these results. • Deep understanding of sales development processes, methodologies, and best practices. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. • Can thoroughly explain how they achieved success and how they taught others to achieve success. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights and can walk through a forecasting model. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong. Nooks and Qualified sales automation tools are also a plus. • Must live in Austin, Texas Compensation: $160,000- $180,000 OTE
