WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE 

The Treasurer will be responsible for managing cash, cash forecasting, debt service, and risk insurance. Responsible for strategies and tactics related to working capital, cash controls, loan management, covenants, and insurance/risk management.  The successful applicant will have experience in treasury or FP&A data analyses, with insurance and prior loan agreement management experience as a plus. 

JOB DUTIES: 

• Supervision and execution of all aspects of cash management operating strategies.
• Drive cash strategy and cash management structure with the goal of scalability and enterprise wide automation. 
• Responsible for debt covenant and credit facility loan maintenance, compliance, and forecasting.
• Ownership and oversight of all monetary instruments, which includes oversight of agreements and transactions as well as ensuring settlement of respective monetary value. Such instruments include, but are not limited to Interest Rate Swaps, Hedges, Carbon Emission Credits.
• Manage relationships with enterprise wide financial institutions including involvement in negotiation of terms for various financial instruments and contracts.
• Development and preparation of timely and insightful reporting pertaining to daily cash position, cash forecasting, and other analysis.
• Supervise operational bank accounts including establishing bank accounts, bank mandates, and e-banking access.
• Responding to customer inquiries pertaining to Financial and Debt positions as it relates to credit limits.  
• Ensure SOX compliance in all treasury matters including, but not limited to monitoring of transactional activity and research for identification of fraudulent activity and failed transactions, review of weekly payment batches, maintaining appropriate support in alignment with audit and regulatory requirements, and maintenance of appropriate approval levels and access.
• Responsible for corporate insurances & risk management strategies and tactics.
• Support M&A activities as required by the business operations.
• Coordination and collaboration with internal and external Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams to ensure initiatives align with organizational objectives and transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
• Assist in streamlining processes and procedures across the organization. Provide recommendations to leadership for process improvement and implementation of investment or cash strategies.
• Actively seeks continuous improvement opportunities in process, policies, and standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with an MBA preferred
• High Talent Individual with 5+ yrs of progressive experience

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Data analyses, critical thinking. Cash forecasting and insurance experience are pluses.   
• Ability to manage relationships with Banks, Insurance Companies, and other Financial Institutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• Strong written and oral communication skills
