    You are the first element in our magical creation process and the one who breaks down bulk ingredients to incorporate into recipes. You, my friend, are an artist who gracefully uses cool tools to create the foundational pieces for the magic that happens upfront. Your most important task is to mindfully receive, wash, store and prepare all ingredients to meet our daily demand of boxes. You abide by FIFO all the time, and, of course, you keep your performance stage impeccable at all times. With equipment this graceful and efficient, you know that the right way to appreciate it is when all your surroundings are spotless and organized. The best part of all? You’ll effortlessly achieve your daily prep goals using our state-of-the-art technology and other useful tools to semi-automate tasks and make your job way easier.

    refer to Daily Prep list at the start of each shift for assigned duties.

    Understand and comply with standard portion sizes , cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.

    Clean and sanitize work station area including tables, shelves, walls, pans, induction range, food processor, meat slicer, blender, and refrigeration equipment.

    Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.

    Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, seafood, sauces according to instructions, following approved procedures in all kitchen equipment.

    Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas.

    Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as vegetables and meats, to prepare for cooking and serving.

    Portion according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.

    Weight or measure ingredients.

    Mix ingredients for sauces and dressings.

    Receive and store food and paper supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerator and other storage areas.

    Remove trash and clean garbage containers.

    Carry food supplies, equipment and utensils to and from storage and work areas.

    Butcher and clean beef and poultry.

    Use manual or electric appliances to clean, peel, slice or trim foods.

    Promptly inform supervisors when equipment is not working properly and when food and supplies are getting low, and order needed items.

    Make special sauces and dressings for our noodle boxes and salads.

    Use our standard recipe cards for preparing all products; does not rely on the memory of oneself or others.

    Complete opening and closing checklists.

    Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute to improve the company.

    Coordinate with and assist fellow comrades to meet our customers’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

    Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure our awesome service standards and efficient operations.

    Do assigned tasks in compliance with food safety regulations and maintain an impeccable station at all times.

    Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out).

    Ensure our vendors are delighted with your warm greeting and cleanliness to build loyalty towards our brand.

    Use all digital and physical tools properly and commit to mastering them.
