    Job Description

    A) CUSTODIAN - JANITOR 

    Routinely completes daily work schedule for areas assigned within time frequency provided. Routinely follows proper cleaning procedures and uses proper chemicals and cleaners safely, productively, and according to directions given in training. Move furniture, collects and disposes of trash/garbage, dusts furniture, cleans vents. Fans, walls and performs other related tasks necessary for the cleanliness of designated school/location. Performs routine maintenance - changing light bulbs, filing paper, and soap dispensers. Routinely reports safety hazards, malfunction of equipment or plant facility to immediate supervisor.

     

    B) WAREHOUSE STOCK PERSON / DRIVER

    Fills orders from warehouse stock, prepares orders for delivery and assists in physical inventories. Unloads merchandise from vehicles and railcars by hand and/or uses hand trucks, dollies, conveyors, forklifts or other materials handling equipment and stocks items in accordance with current warehouse procedures. Unloads and warehouses incoming shipments by stacking or palletizing merchandise in designated areas and assists in the movement of merchandise within the warehouse. Delivers merchandise to schools, administration buildings or any other designated areas as directed and obtains receipt for merchandise delivered. Assists in the movement of furniture, supplies, equipment, and materials between and/or within schools, departments, warehouses or any other area designated. Picks up salvage and surplus materials; loads and delivers items to designated areas and assists in their disposal.  Performs daily routine maintenance service and cleanliness checks to assigned vehicle such as gasoline, oil, water, battery, tires, lights and general running condition. 

     

    C) CALL CENTER- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

    Responds to incoming calls from customers that may include any of the following: answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, trouble shoot problems and provide information, identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resources, follow up customer calls where necessary, document all information according to standard operation procedures.
