Wolfer’s Home Services is looking for a gregarious and enthusiastic person to join our Lead Generation Team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating quality leads, inside of Home Improvement or Wholesale stores, for our HVAC, Water Heater and/or Water Treatment departments. The goal of the Lead Generation Team is to engage customers, provide basic product information and schedule consultation. This individual will be an eager team player with exceptional communication skills. Candidates would be able to understand different buying personas, position and communicate the value of the retail partner’s program, and qualify new business.

Essential Functions

· Provide inquiring customers information for free consultations with our trained Comfort Consultants

· Focus on customer's needs and maintaining clear communication with customers and our internal departments.

· This job requires conversations with customers.

· Requires ability to work alone or with various staff members in a busy environment.

· Must be a Team Player.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects promptly

· Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project

· Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers

· Critical thinker

· Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements

· Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools

Qualifications

· Must have a mobile phone, efficient with tablet technology and access to email.

· Ability to pass a background check is required

· Ability to pass a drug test is required

· Must have reliable transportation

Work Environment/ Physical Demands:

• Standing for duration of shift. Relief seating may be provided pending store approval.
• Position requires engaging customers about service. Extended periods of talking

Work schedule:
Business hours are Monday through Sunday and will be based on the needs of our locations. Current shift days are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Hours ranging between 15 to 25 hours per week. We work with (add acronym name before acronym) SSI!
