Position Overview

Let us train you to be an HVAC Technician! You do not pay us, we pay you. Why do we pay you for training? Because we want you to be able to focus on your studies, not your bills! You will learn more in 16 -26 weeks then you would learn an entire year in trade school. We provide you with an extraordinary teacher in a newly built, state-of-the-art, equipment-filled classroom.

As a trained technician, you’ll know what’s best for customers, and it’ll be your job to guide them to making the right choice. This job isn’t for the faint of heart. Not only must you be willing to be brave, but you also need to have the undying drive to succeed. You aren’t satisfied until you’ve done your very best (and your best gets better every day).

Experience Required

None! “Entry-Level” means you don’t have to have experience, just the right aptitude and attitude.

• You should be good with working with your hands (aptitude).
• You should work well with colleagues and customers (attitude).

Wolfer’s Academy students come from all kinds of backgrounds. We have employees who used to work in education, some who were cops… You name it! Your background is part of who you are today, but it doesn’t have to dictate who you're going to be tomorrow. To you, work is a competition with yourself and you believe that growth requires change. Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Able to carry/lift/move/push from 10 to 50 pounds on a regular basics

• Your uniforms are free, and we provide you with all the tools you’ll need to complete the curriculum, after which you’ll have the option to purchase them through weekly payroll deductions.
