Wolfies Swim School is a family-owned, Houston swim school that has been around since 2005. Our ideal candidate is someone that is passionate about customer service and wants to deliver the best customer experience possible.
Job Description: This is a part-time position for afternoons and weekends with potential for full-time.
Assisting in the daily operations of the swim school that include tasks such as but is not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and returning voicemails
- Providing excellent customer service and answering any questions or addressing any scheduling or client issues
- Scheduling swim lessons and lesson makeups
- Following up with clients to change levels/class times or notifying them of waitlist openings
- Communicating openly with office management
- Communicating with instructors on check-ins, scheduling questions, or makeups
- Managing emails and other correspondence
- Greeting clients when they enter and checking students in
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Apple iOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- At least 6 months of administrative or receptionist experience (preferred)
- Good reading comprehension and writing skills
