ONE OF OUR CLIENTS HAS SEVERAL NEEDS FOR A FEW DIFFERENT ROLES THAT INVOLVE LOAN PROCESSING AND MEMBER SERVICES. PLEASE READ THE JOB DETAILS BELOW FOR OUR HOME LOAN PROCESSORS.
PAY: $20-26 / HOUR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide clerical support to the HL Senior Loan Processor. Open and order loan services, index loan documents, and make member status calls. Partner with the Sr. HL Senior Loan Processor, Processing Supervisor, Processing Manager, and internal and external Home Loan Advisors to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely loan processing.
DUTIES:
- Prepare and upload loan conditions into the LOS (Loan Origination System) with all details for complete tracking purposes.
- Assist with Pipeline Management by performing status calls, requests for documentation, and following up on ordered services.

- Coordinate the ordering of all title reports, flood certificates and follow up on appraisal orders. Assist in the collection of loan documentation needed for Processing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID and AML laws appropriate to the position.
- Coordinate and communicate information with Members, Home Loan Advisors and Vendors on loan transaction as it relates to loan processing.
REQUIRED:
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE PREFERRED
- A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF MORTGAGE LENDING EXPERIENCE, PROCESSING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
- STRONG ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- STRONG MEMBER RELATION SKILLS.
