WOLLBORG MICHELSON IS LOOKING FOR A PROVEN HR SPECIALIST TO SUPPORT A LARGE HEALTHCARE INSURANCE COMPANY!

THIS ROLE IS CURRENTLY REMOTE, BUT YOU MUST LIVE IN THE GREATER SACRAMENTO AREA AS THE OFFICE IS IN EL DORADO HILLS WHEN THEY RETURN ONSITE.

Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm

Contract to hire opportunity!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Human resources experience

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

• Experience navigating databases and the internet/intranet to find information

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Responds to inquiries of employees or retirees on the phone and by email.
• Provides consultation to employees and management on basic transaction issues, policies and procedures.
• Maintains personnel files.
• Under direct supervision, responds to basic questions
• Responsible for assignments that are well defined and standardized in nature.
• Receives detailed instructions
• Applies defined procedures and policies to complete a variety of routine tasks.
• Escalates issues when appropriate
• Ability to identify issues and with assistance execute corrective action.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all incoming calls/cases/chats regarding HR Inquiries (i.e. Benefits, LOA, Payroll, Personnel Information, Employee Relations, Workers’ Comp, etc.)
