    Job Description

    HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

    TRAINING HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm for 5-7 weeks- NO TIME OFF FOR 7 WEEKS!

    AFTER TRAINING: 8 hour shift between 8am-6:00pm

    START DATE:  August- September

    PAY: $18.14/Hr -

    TRAINING IS 5-7 WEEKS! NO MISSED DAYS DURING YOUR VIRTUAL ON CAMERA TRAINING!!

    DAY 1, YOU PICK UP YOUR EQUIPMENT FROM THE OFFICE IN SACRAMENTO AND TRAIN/WORK FROM HOME

    We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential members. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
    • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
    • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
    • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
    • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

    SKILLS

    • Previous experience in a Call Center / Customer Support role

    • Strong Typing skills

    • Track record of over-achieving quota

    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

    • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

    • High school diploma
