    Job Title: Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) – Part-Time
    Location: Circle of Life Clinic, 189 Andrew Drive, Oneida, TN

    Position Summary:
    Circle of Life Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our healthcare team in a part-time, outpatient-only role. The WHNP will provide comprehensive care to women, focusing on gynecological, prenatal, postpartum, and family planning services. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and patient-centered environment committed to providing high-quality care. No on-call duties are required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality, outpatient care for women, including gynecological exams, prenatal care, postpartum care, and family planning counseling.

    • Diagnose and treat common women's health conditions and diseases.

    • Conduct routine screenings such as PAP smears, breast exams, and sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing.

    • Provide health education on a variety of topics, including reproductive health, wellness, and preventive care.

    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

    • Document patient interactions, assessments, and care plans accurately in the clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system.

    • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient care.

    • Maintain current licensure and certifications while keeping up-to-date with advances in women's health care.

    Qualifications:

    • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee, with specialization in women's health (WHNP).

    • Certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) from an accredited program.

    • Previous experience in women's health care is preferred but not required.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team members.

    • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

    • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and cultural competence.

    Schedule:
    Part-time, outpatient-only, with flexibility in scheduling. Exact hours to be determined during the interview process.
