Noir Well Health is a community-centered medical and wellness practice in Brooklyn, NY. We provide accessible, high-quality care with a focus on primary care, women’s health, behavioral health, and wellness services. We are expanding our provider team and seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join us on a PRN (as needed) basis.

Position Summary

The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) will provide independent, patient-centered care for women’s health needs, including preventive services, reproductive health, screenings, and wellness education. This position is PRN (as needed) with flexible scheduling, offering an opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive women’s health services including annual exams, Pap smears, family planning, contraception, STI testing, and menopause management.

· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic women’s health conditions.

· Educate patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and lifestyle management.

· Collaborate with other providers (NPs, therapists, nutritionists) for holistic care when needed.

· Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR system.

Qualifications

· Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New York State with Women’s Health NP certification (WHNP).

· Must have completed 3,600 hours of supervised practice and be eligible to practice independently in NYS.

· Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in women’s health preferred.

· Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage a flexible PRN schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

• PRN (as needed) – flexible scheduling. • Hourly rate: $60–$65/hr, based on experience. • W-2 position.
