Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)

Salary and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $94,000 to $132,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Outpatient setting (no deliveries)
• Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
• Full support staff including 1 full-time physician, 2 full-time midwives, and 1 part-time physician
• Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including prenatal and postpartum care
• Conduct prenatal visits, offer childbirth education, and provide lactation support
• Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other healthcare team members for holistic care
• Participate in community outreach and education programs focused on women’s health
• Shared call responsibilities (phone-only call, shared among team members)

Requirements

• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) certification
• Active and unrestricted WHNP license in the State of Florida
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Open to new graduates and experienced WHNPs
• Passion for providing outstanding women's health and maternity care
