Compensation: $140,000–$150,000/year + Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week, flexible scheduling)

Your Role
As a WHNP or PA-C, you will deliver high-quality, integrative women’s health services including:
Performing annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings
Conducting physical exams, pap smears, and diagnostic testing
Evaluating and treating gynecologic concerns such as UTIs, hormonal imbalances, and menstrual disorders
Supporting patients in our medical weight loss program
Collaborating with our medical director and care team to develop individualized care plans
Educating patients on wellness, preventive care, and healthy living
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For
Compassionate provider with excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women’s health–focused programs welcome)
Washington licensure (PA-C, APRN, RN as applicable)
DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Women’s health experience strongly preferred, but training available for candidates passionate about this field
