The Position
- Join our well-established MarinHealth outpatient-only primary care practices, located in the highly desirable communities of Novato and Petaluma.
- Enjoy a blend of family medicine and women's health. This will include a minimum of 0.1 FTE in the women's health department providing gynecologic evaluation and procedures to include the following: pap smears, endometrial biopsy, vulvar biopsy, cervical polyp removal, contraceptive management including Nexplanon and IUD insertion, and STI evaluation and management.
- Serve as the liaison for the Primary Care team to Women's Health issues and attend the monthly Ob/Gyn department meeting.

The Position Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
- Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy for high-quality patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience.
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (with intent to become certified within 2 years) is required.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in California.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Spanish language a plus but not required.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $315,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary
based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined
for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
