Won-Door Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual looking to advance in a rewarding career to fill our Project Coordinator position. Qualified candidate will offer strong support to our growing Customer Service Department while demonstrating exceptional knowledge, skills and abilities to provide outstanding assistance to our internal and external customers.

o Proficient in computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Applications.

o Construction experience a plus but not required for this position

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

o Accurately enter project information into an internal system specific to Won-Door.

o Prepare construction documents for contractor submittals

o Keep projects on schedule and maintain an organized system for tracking.

o Provide timely communications via telephone and email correspondence.

o Have a current knowledge on product information and production processes.

o Follow all company policies and procedures

o Coordinate/Collaborate between departments as needed

EDUCATION

o High School diploma (or equivalent)
