For Water Street Mission (WSM) to fulfill its mission and purpose, it is critical for all staff to participate in the development and maintenance of a healthy Christian Community. Job Summary: Work across all Wonder Academy's Pre-K and Kindergarten classes, with students and staff, serving as a resource in addressing potentially problematic student behaviors and overall classroom behavior management in a manner that demonstrates dignity and Christian faith values.

Education, Experience and Qualifications: Able to balance personal initiative while constantly working as one member of a team. Knowledge, skills and experience working in school environment to support behavior management, behavior plans and conflict resolution. Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in classrooms with students experiencing poverty, and perhaps unstable home environments, a plus. CDA credential preferred. Willingness to provide safe, physical support to students posing a safety risk. Associate degree in related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
