As a member of our team, you will contribute to a company raising the frequency of the collective consciousness by revolutionizing the mental health industry through the combination of psychedelic medicine and innovative therapeutic modalities. 

As Wonder Sciences Marketing Manager, you will be primarily focused on growing the brand awareness and patient acquisition for Wondermed, Wonder Sciences telemedicine platform.  You will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and reporting of the company's marketing efforts. Your role will be an active contributor to the growth and success of Wondermed, with a strategic focus on two key areas: creative communications and demand generation.

As Creative Communications lead, you are responsible for the following:

• Create and own Wondermed’s campaign calendar to ensure consistent brand message and patient communications across key marketing mediums.
• Manage Wondermed’s social media presence including strategy, content creation, posting, and community management.
• Write and brief in regular email creative, manage consumer marketing lists and track the progress of email marketing.
• Manage the creative and asset development for Wondermeds paid media campaigns.
• Partner with the Patient Experience team to activate the patient experience content as a key marketing pillar.
• Responsible for the brand’s presence, copy, and creative for Wondermed and Wonder Sciences websites and other digital properties.

As Demand Generation lead, you will be responsible for the following:

• Setting up or managing Wondermed’s paid media to drive awareness and patient acquisition.
• Partner with the research team to create and host SEO-friendly content to create relevancy and credibility.
• Set up and execute key partnerships to raise awareness and drive patient acquisition.
• Ideate and test innovative patient acquisition, referral, and renewal strategies to drive product awareness and demand.

What We’re Looking For:

• You are a skilled copywriter and are comfortable with technical and medical writing
• You are a digital native with experience managing email and social media campaigns from idea to execution
• You are comfortable working on various projects at the same time, independently and/or collaboratively, and can manage your time and deliverables with minimal oversight
• You have a strong passion for alternative, innovative medicines and helping people
• You have excellent communication, time management, and organization skills as well as great attention to detail
• 3+ years as a brand-oriented marketing leader with a proven track record of driving initiatives from ideation through completion
