A DAY IN THE LIFE AT WONDERFUL:

The work spans across multiple channels and levels, from traditional print to digital media, concept to final, soup to nuts.

• Work with content that includes (but is not limited to) printed collateral, newsletters, and advertising materials; brand campaign presentation decks; websites; and, oh, so much more.
• Interact directly with the proofreading manager, brand managers, project managers, creative teams, and production staff to ensure clarity and consistent communication
• Ensure that all agency-generated content developed for The Wonderful Company’s brands is 100% error-free
• Efficiently work on a Mac. Knowledgeable in AP style, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and online workflow portals like InSite Prepress or Abstract

Qualifications

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO WONDERFUL:

• 2+ years of proofreading experience in an advertising or marketing environment with B2B and/or B2C communications
• Thorough knowledge of AP style
• Excellent proofreading skills, unearthly attention to detail, and ability to maintain focus during high-volume periods
• Confidence using a Mac, tracking changes in Microsoft Word, and using built-in markup tools in Adobe Acrobat Pro as well as online review portals like InSite Prepress and Abstract by Sketch
• Ability to grasp, track, and apply multiple client styles consistently across all channels of communication
• BA in English or writing, or commensurate work experience
