  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Manage website content updates across all brands within the TWC portfolio
    • Coordinate meetings, resources, and information to keep workflow on track
    • Ensure final delivery is consistent with the Agency and client’s vision, budget, and timeline
    • Gather project materials such as photography assets, copy, CTA links, and related informational content
    • Build project timelines and communicate key milestones to both the client and agency teams
    • Update and maintain project status and health in ClickUp (internal project management software)
    • Understand the review process (internal and client side) and route review links for approvals
    • Evaluate potential problems and technical issues and develop solutions in advance
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Demonstrated understanding of project lifecycles and project management methodologies/styles
    • Working knowledge of project management tools such as: JIRA, Clickup, Abstract, 10k ft, etc.
    • Ability to interact with clients at various levels
    • Interest in continuously learning and expanding areas of responsibility
    • 3+ years as a digital producer or project manager, with a focus in digital or web development
    • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless the candidate has a legally valid exemption
    • The Agency operates in a hybrid work model – we are in the office on Monday through Wednesday and remote on Thursday and Friday
    • Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000, and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
