    Job Description

    • Develop and lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives utilizing recruitment best practices to obtain top talent in competitive markets across education, healthcare, and philanthropy
    • Design and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for business leaders acting as the subject matter expert -- coaching and guiding senior leaders and hiring managers for the sourcing strategy, candidate selection, interview guide, feedback form, and debrief session
    • Manage, train, and mentor the recruiting team to effectively execute on the recruitment strategy and implementation
    • Learn and optimize the specialized recruiting of Teachers, Principals, Administrative staff, Doctors, Nurses and Healthcare providers
    • Proactively engage with senior leadership to maintain an understanding of all departments and lines of business, to assess and support their talent and recruitment needs
    • Use data and analytics to identify, understand, and communicate recruiting and hiring trends across the businesses; find solutions to remove barriers, answer challenges, and create efficiencies to hire the best talent
    • Lead cross functional teams including Education, Career Center and Business Unit leaders to build a workforce development plan leveraging internal and external relationships to promote the hiring of interns, entry and midlevel professional and operational roles
    • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 12 - 15+ years of proven success and experience as a strategic Talent Acquisition leader preferably within the education, healthcare or philanthropic areas
    • Possess a passion for corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, improved education and accessible healthcare
    • Experience with hands-on full-cycle recruitment strategy, sourcing, interviewing, recruitment, and development of candidates, preferably within the education, healthcare, and philanthropy areas
    • Capability to balance long-term goals with the day-to-day tasks of managing a high-performing recruiting team
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources software to develop automation and improve processes 
    • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels to make consistent hiring decisions
    • Encompass a learning mentality and the adaptability to balance corporate systems and structure with education and healthcare requirements
    • Understand the specialized facets of cyclical and high-volume recruiting with the skill to anticipate future trends and conceive competitive and creative talent acquisition plans
    • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with the strong ability to use data to identify insights and propose recommendations to affect change
    • Possess clear and engaging communication, presentation and training skills
    • Highly organized, effective with time management and prioritization with the ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities and deadlines
    • Degree(s) in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline or equivalent experience, a plus
    • COVID vaccination and eligible booster will be required for this position unless the candidate has a legally valid exemption
