Job Summary

Responsibilities

G-Tube, PEG feeding, Wound care, Treach-care, and other specialty of nursing. Provide crucial support, assisting with personal care, medical needs, emotional well-being, and household tasks, while also ensuring the individual's safety and advocating for their needs. Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with transferring, walking, or using mobility aids.

keeping records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor

Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

Remind client of medications and meal prep

Engage patients in exercises or other activities

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited nurse program.

High School Diploma or GED

One year prior professional experience

Driver’s license required & insurance

CPR certification required.
